Room Reservations
A special group rate of $309.00 plus taxes (including a $20.00 resort fee) is offered to Annual Convention attendees. This rate is valid through Monday, September 21, 2026. Please book your hotel reservation before this date to take advantage of this rate. Reservations made after this date will be available at the Resort's current available rate.

Located approximately 15 miles from the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, PSP provides easy access to the Coachella Valley and is served by major airlines offering nonstop flights from cities across the United States and Canada.
PSP airport accommodates all airport rental car companies, which the counters are located in the baggage claim area.
Rideshare services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you should arrange your ride once you are ready to exit the terminal.
