Program Highlights

Make or Break Execution – The Core of Success
Dan Barnett, CEO/Owner, The Primavera Company

Make or Break Execution presents a highly effective approach for keeping your company’s performance on track to your vision. You’ll learn how to focus your company on the things that matter most – your “Make or Break.” And you’ll learn how to be in the middle of it all – actively linking together people, strategy, and operating detail – doing the job of an effective leader. Join us for an action-oriented presentation with hands-on participation where you will learn:

  • Learn about forward-facing Metrics
  • New processes for accountability
  • New ways to generate constant innovation
  • Fresh thinking ideas

You’ll leave with clarity of vision, strategy and more importantly, what matters most to achieve it – your Make or Break. In other words, the “Core of Success.”

The Organizational Tune-Up
Bruce Breier, BHB Consulting

“I’m feeling overwhelmed!” A common phrase heard from busy people lamenting how much they have to do and how little time there is to do it. This issue is not going away, and the need to tune-up systems and methods of organizational effectiveness seems to be greater than ever. Breier will offer practical suggestions to become more productive, effective, efficient, and organized within a relatively short period of time. The result is a culture that is more proactive and employees are thriving rather than just surviving.
