Established, innovative, manufacturing/distribution Company in Landover Maryland requires an exceptional Production/Warehouse Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize managerial, production and distribution skills in a growing company. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard working and ensure an operation that delivers what it promises.

Responsibilities: Manage manufacturing production, distribution, and order processing for optimum performance; Report daily manufacturing production to Administration; Receive all goods into warehouse inventory and insure accurate inventory control; Assure all manufacturing are met at lowest cost and highest quality; manage warehouse facility; develop and implement operation policies and procedures to achieve stated goals; manage plans to increase manufacturing production and warehouse efficiencies through people, processes and equipment; Reports to the President concerning production and cost management; this is a hand on position that requires a self-motivated, proven problem solver, team member and excellent communicator; 3 to 5 years industrial/manufacturing management or engineering experience; Strong leader who welcomes change and can build a positive work environment; High level of computer knowledge.
